Description: The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, located in Harrisburg, PSNA seeks an energetic, and ambitious individual to join our team. PSNA is the state’s leading professional nursing association. This role will network, create, and manage relationships between the association and its members through online communities. This position reports directly to the PSNA CEO.
Standard office hours are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. This position is 28 hours per week. Standard hours of operation may change based on association events.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with a diverse customer population on a regular basis
- Ability to engage, grow, and retain members through PSNA’s new membership software platform
- Prior experience in end-user technical support
- Strong skills in active listening, critical thinking, and problem solving
- Associate’s in computer science is required
