PSNA Election Results 2017

The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), representing more than 219,000 registered nurses in Pennsylvania, announced its elected 2018 board of directors and committee members following its October 27, 2017 general business meeting.

 

Vice President: Tarik Khan, MSN, RN, FNP‐BC

Khan is a family nurse practitioner with Abbottsford Falls Family Practice and a lecturer with The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Nursing. He is a PhD candidate with the University of Pennsylvania and a graduate of La Salle University, Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, and Davidson College. Khan has served in several leadership positions within PSNA, including Government Relations Committee chair and PSNA Board member.

 

Secretary: Julie McCulloh Nair, PhD, RN, APHN-BC, CCRE

Dr. Nair is assistant professor of nursing and a nurse scientist with West Chester University and Christiana Care Hospital System. She has served on the PSNA Cabinet on Nursing Practice & Professional Development, as well as worked on several position papers. Dr. Nair is an active member of the Chester County Medical Reserve Corp.
