About the presenter: Fallon Hughes DNP, RN, NPD-BC is the Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. In this role, Fallon oversees Nursing Professional Development Practitioners within the acute care, children’s, and ambulatory care settings. Previously, Fallon has served as Nursing Quality and Safety Program Director, Clinical Nurse Educator, and Staff RN at MSHMC. Her interests lie in Nursing Professional Development, Leadership, and Evidence-Based Practice application.
