The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), representing more than 228,000 registered nurses in Pennsylvania, announced that Dana Shive has been named Director of Communication and Membership Services. Shive will lead and oversee membership and communication activities, as well as the implementation and evaluation of membership growth strategies.
Shive is an experienced hospitality and marketing leader. Her previous roles include Conference and Events Manager with Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, Sales Manager with Spooky Nook Sports, and Senior Corporate Sales Manager with Heritage Hills Golf Resort. Shive is a 2009 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on communication and rhetoric.
