The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), representing more than 221,000 registered nurses in Pennsylvania, announced that Lilian Vidoti has been named Director of Membership. Vidoti will develop programs and initiatives to increase and retain membership, as well as distribute information to current and prospective members.
Vidoti comes to PSNA with nine years of experience as a membership programs manager with the Pharmaceutical Education & Research Institute, The Obesity Society, and the Heart Rhythm Society. In those roles, she coordinated new member outreach efforts, developed marketing strategies and web content, and managed members’ educational products and training programs. In addition to her membership experience, Vidoti held administrative and provider relations positions in the Washington, DC area.
Vidoti earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kentucky State University.
