Pennsylvania State Nurses Association Launches New Membership for Licensed Practical Nurses

Harrisburg, PA, March 15, 2023 – The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA), representing more than 228,000 professional nurses in Pennsylvania, has launched a new Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) membership. LPNs will have the same member benefits as registered nurse members of PSNA.

“PSNA already has the tools in place to educate, advocate, connect, and lead current and future nurses, so expanding our membership was a natural progression, stated PSNA President Dr. Deb Cardenas. “We are very excited to welcome LPNs to PSNA and support them throughout their careers.”

The LPN membership is $10 per month, and LPNs will have access to PSNA member benefits such as free and discounted continuing education, networking opportunities, mentorship from nurses across the Commonwealth, advocacy opportunities, tuition discounts, and more. Learn more at psna.org.

The Pennsylvania State Nurses Association (PSNA) is Pennsylvania’s leading professional nursing organization. Representing more than 228,000 professional nurses, PSNA leads, advocates, educates and connects with nurses across the Commonwealth. PSNA is a constituent member of the American Nurses Association. www.psna.org
