Coffee & Connect – Documentation: Write it Right! @ Zoom
Jan 19 @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Documenting is the last thing a nurse wants to do or feels they have time to do. Is it really necessary? Some may think that no one reads the notes; however, documenting is essential for many reasons.

This session will highlight key elements of documentation, regulatory requirements, methods to demonstrate care provided and patient outcomes, its link to patient safety, and how your notes would be used in legal proceedings.

1.0 contact hours will be earned for attending this event.*
