Resiliency in Nursing

Resiliency, which has a long-standing history in the nursing profession, is defined by Merriam-Webster (2021, para. 4) as the “ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change.” Just as during wartime, nurses today face limited resources in the fight against COVID-19 (Gallagher, 2020).
